I became a part of the Rainbow family back in 2015 when I first became ill. With reoccurring health issues, there was no doubt in my mind that this facility would be the place to continue my medical treatment. Everyone here is exceptional in making sure my needs and wants are met. Beautiful people like Laveshia J., admissions coordinator, Shannon N., LPN, Daniel A., CNA, and Cheryl R., social services all worked together to make sure my room accommodations were comfortable and to my liking. The entire therapy department, led by Jeff, have been encouraging and motivating in helping me reach my goals. The wound care nurse, Sharon, always keeps me abreast of the progress of my treatment. I would recommend this place to everyone.

Everyone here helped get things done for me as needed. It is a happy place and the associates really work together. This center will really prosper with the management team they have now! They get in there and make sure things are done right!

Mrs. Marshal Richardson, Addie, Mrs. Mary (from Activities) and Mr. Al (from Activities) all stood out! Everybody was so nice and I will miss my roommate Helen Dye. I love the whole place and the staff. I will truly miss them all! The food was also the best I have had in a caregiving facility. I would recommend Rainbow to anyone needing rehab or long-term care.

I had visited before. I knew what a great facility it was. The people who stood out to me was Melanie (PT), Laretha (LPN), Miss May (LRN), Miss Peggy (LPN), and all the CNA's. I said I choose this rehab facility because I knew what a great facility it is. Little did I know how great it really was. I received excellent care from everyone. The entire staff was always polite.

The reasons I chose this center is because it was highly recommended. The overall great service stood out to me. They manage very well here, too.

I chose Rainbow Rehab & Healthcare for my son, Jacob. I heard good things about Rainbow and it was a convenient location for me. Everyone at Rainbow Rehab & Healthcare was fantastic! From keeping the rooms clean to getting medications. They keep my son clean and happy! I couldn't ask for a better trained professional staff to care for a loved one. My son loved the food and he is a picky eater. His physical rehabilitation was great and he got his strength back. I give Rainbow an A+

Rainbow Healthcare and Rehab was by far the best of all of the facilities we looked at. The nurses, aides, and administration have all been very attentive and caring to my mother. Mom has had so many team members that have gone above and beyond to ensure she is happy. Shelly, Shirley, Michael, Andrea and Catrina stood out to us! Rainbow Healthcare and Rehab is a very clean facility. All of the residents are dressed and as active as possible. Mom loves crafts and bingo, as well as the music!

I chose Rainbow Rehab & Healthcare for myself because of the care that I received here before. The entire facility was very hands-on, helpful, and nice to me -- especially the rehab department that got me back to where I needed to be! They were very encouraging during my stay.

Rainbow has been an exceptional environment fo me. All of the staff—from the medical team, office personnel. cooks, and cleaners—are always nice and helpful. Even on days when I’m down, I can always count on a smile from someone giving me care. I feel a sense of belonging. I am thankful to be in tis setting during these challenging times.
